Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 30-day standard return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, if not found satisfactory by the purchaser, a return can be processed up to 60 days post-purchase where the purchaser relies on the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee offered by skinber on any of its handsets and devices.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, and returned with its original packaging. You may also be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@skinber.com. When your return is successfully processed, skinber support team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Where a non-faulty item is returned to skinber by a purchaser, the shipping cost associated with the return will be borne by the individual returning the product.

International Returns & Exchanges

All customers outside of US & Canada are to ship the products back to an address provided by skinber at the purchaser's expense (same applies to any purchaser anywhere in US and Canada as well, i.e., skinber will provide free shipping to the customer's address but the return shipping cost is to be paid for by a customer). Where, instead of the purchaser shipping back the product to skinber with a courier of their own choosing, if a return label is requested and provided for by skinber, the cost will be deducted by skinber from the amount to be refunded to the purchaser.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately work to alleviate your concerns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as personal beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Processing of Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund has been processed and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we are currently not accepting returns on clearance items or gift cards.
